How it works

Three steps from upload to insight

01

Upload your files

Drop PDFs, paste Markdown, or add a URL. Kognix chunks and embeds each document into your private namespace.

02

Search by meaning

Ask a question in plain language. The query is embedded and matched against your docs by semantic similarity — no keyword syntax.

03

Get cited answers

The model generates an answer grounded only in your documents with inline citations. If it doesn't know, it says so.

Fully open source

Self-host it on your own infra, contribute features, or adapt it for your use case. No lock-in, no black boxes.
